Meditations

Meditation is what I believe an essential part of wellness.  In my own personal experience, meditation is a way to quiet my mind, bring a sense of calm and peace into my day, but most importantly meditation provides me with the awareness of who I really am.  In stillness I am able to access the guidance system within, my intuition, my home base which is always connected to the highest frequency of Divine energy.
